Indeed our Private Client base extends throughout the Country with many Clients who now live overseas continuing to instruct us. Head of Practice
Founded the Practice in January 1978 having previously been a Partner in a long established Gloucester Practice. Throughout the forty five years since the practice was established David has continued to develop the key strengths in order to provide both the Private Client and the Commercial Client with a wide range of legal services.
His own practice is diverse including:
- Property law.
- He has wide experience in Wills and Probate matters.
- He is an Accredited Expert in Children law and was a long-standing Member of the Law Society Children Panel. He was the founding Chairman of the Gloucestershire Independent Advocacy Service for Looked after Children and those in Need.
- He has a particular interest in Inquests as he held appointment as HM Coroner for a number of years.

Consultant Solicitor
As a Member of the Family Law Panel and Resolution with over 35 years experience Tim has the ability to provide advice in all areas of family law. He has considerable Advocacy experience in financial and ancillary issues arising from Divorce, Judicial Separation, Nullity and Cohabitation.
He has wide experience in dealing with Children issues from Residence and Contact to public law Care Proceedings.
